Your Instructor
Ashley Stinson is an energy work and trauma-certified embodiment practitioner who lives and works on unceded Monacan territory (Charlottesville, VA). She is the creator of Energy Archaeology® and The Realms of Embodiment, a framework for embodied awareness and self-healing that guides you into the inherent wisdom in your bones, muscles, fluid body, organs, nervous system, and DNA.
Ashley created and published the Energy Archaeology Oracle in 2021 and has another oracle deck on the way for late 2023/early 2024. She works with clients through guided energy work programs in the Embodied Realms (Foundation, Connected, and Flow) and has self-study embodiment workshops and energy work recordings available on her website.
